This one-time session is designed to prepare and remind seasoned pros on how to feel confident, calm, and fully informed about their birthing journey.

Ideal for parents who want to enter labor feeling grounded, educated, and supported — body, mind, and spirit.

 

You’ll receive:

  • One complimentary virtual meet & greet

  • Community Resource List (CO)

  • One 120-minute virtual birth education and planning session (via Zoom) covering:

  1. ​The stages of labor — what’s happening in your body and what to expect.

  2. Partner support before, during, and after birth.

  3. Comfort and relaxation techniques to help manage labor naturally.

  4. Advocacy and patient rights — how to speak up and make empowered choices.

  • A personalized Birth Plan Template to communicate your preferences clearly to your care team.

  • Email and text support for up to 2 weeks postpartum to answer questions and provide reassurance as you adjust.
